    We provide collection bags with RFID tags. Track and trace from:

  • When the collection bags arrived our factory and after destruction, we will send an confirmation email to customers.

    Besides, we will issue a monthly report which listed the total amount of papers collected and recycled.

    The collection bags are locked and only able to be opened at SSID's factory
    All drivers and vehicles are hired by SSID directly, and GPS installed in all our vehicles

    We implement ISO 27001 Information Security Management, and our confidential document destruction process is certified by this international standard. We conduct security checks on all employees and provide effective training.

    We can provide P7 document destruction services, the highest level of European security standard D/N 66399, where documents can be destroyed into pulp without opening the packaging. This method differs from shredding services, removing ink and images more thoroughly and is more environmentally friendly. As shredded paper cannot be recycled, but pulp can become a raw material for recycled paper.
